For only $40 a month have access to 4 one hour group health coaching video sessions. These sessions are offered every Wednesday from 1:30-2:30 MST. They are opportunities for you to ask questions. Since only those who are going through this course will be on those video sessions it is also an opportunity to learn from those calls.
