Facts About Medicine With Heart

The specific tests ordered will be personalized to you based on your initial evaluation with a Medicine With Heart doctor and may include blood saliva urine or stool testing.

If you are NOT a Colorado resident, we can still work with you! We work with people world-wide. If you are able, we recommend coming in-person for your first visit

Most lab tests ordered by a Medicine With Heart doctor will be billed directly to your insurance by the lab or charged to you at time of service by the clinic. This depends on the test and will be discussed with you prior to ordering the test.

We kindly request that you follow our 24-hour cancellation policy.

"Dr. Diane and Dr. Miles have been critical to my health. I did the bee sting therapy (or "apitherapy") and - not going to lie - it was INTENSE! But I wanted the results and was willing to go through what it takes. Billing and Insurance Information

For many of our patients, we offer the majority of the medical care that they need. However, we are not to be considered a primary cary provider and we recommend that you have another provider for acute care.

It is important to note the following:

1. We do not fulfill an insurance company’s requirement for an in network primary care physician as we are not in-network with any insurance plan.

2. We are not available for same-day emergency appointments.

3. We do not have a 24-hour answering service and do not take calls on weekends. If you need to be seen urgently or have a medical emergency you would need to visit an ER or urgent care center.

The cost of any services provided by Medicine With Heart which are not included in the session fee or membership level will be billed to you directly.

Non-Medicine With Heart medical expenses such as lab tests may or may not be covered by a member’s health insurance plan per that plan’s rules.

Medicine With Heart will not submit a medical claim to insurance on your behalf. We cannot assist you with claim resolution for our services.
